How to send policy documents

To use the customer service, it is necessary to send the following policy documentation to the Company:

  • dated and signed proposal;
  • copy of an identity document;
  • any proof of residence.
via upload in the Personal Area or by sending it via email to our document mailbox.

The maximum accepted size for attached files for the document mailbox is 7 MB, and the accepted formats are .doc .jpg .pdf .bmp .jpeg
