Insurance Premium: Payment Methods for the GenialLife Life Policy

With GenialLife you can choose to pay the insurance in two different ways: single premium payment or split the premium into 12 monthly installments.

The payment of the single insurance premium can be made through the following payment methods:

• direct debit from bank account: you can purchase your policy by choosing the direct debit procedure from your bank account.

If you choose the monthly solution, following payment method is available:

• direct debit from bank account: in this case, once the payment of the first instalment is authorized, the subsequent instalments will be automatically debited by the company on each monthly due date.

The choice of the insurance payment method is made in the final phase of completing the online quote, but it is possible to postpone the subscription, and therefore the choice of the premium payment method to a later time, by entering your Personal Area.

In case of choosing the direct debit procedure from a bank account and subsequent closure of the bank account or revocation of the authorization, it will be necessary to provide the new bank details.

Missed payments of insurance premium installments force us to cancel your policy. Obviously, we would never want to do this, and that's why we always offer you an extra 30 days to proceed. If we do not receive the payment within this period, we will have no alternative but to immediately deactivate your coverage.

As stated in the Terms and conditions the payment of the premium can be made by bank transfer from a bank account held or jointly held by the policyholder indicated in the proposal form.
